We are so excited to welcome you all back! Here's what we are planning: Wine by the glass or by the bottle only for now, we will offer wine tasting again in the future and will announce down the line when we are ready to do so. Get to know our patio. We'll be providing seating outside until further notice to allow customers space to distance from one another. Please be respectful to others while enjoying our front patio and back deck area. Keep in mind it is always good to pack layers when visiting Cambria. Monitoring and Sanitation after customers vacate the space, we will be sanitizing surfaces and seating to ensure a safe space for our guests. Wine Service, will be provided in disposable glasses for the near future, we will be providing a clean unused glass for each new pour. We ask that our patrons dispose of their own glass after use and before leaving the premise. No groups larger than six. Large groups in and of themselves encourage people to abandon physical distancing, even if you ask them to maintain it at your facility. Face coverings for us, and for you until you're seated. Our team will be wearing face coverings, and we'll ask guests to as well until they're outside with their group and distant from other patrons. Education and health checks for our team. We're working with our team to help them monitor their own health. No one who is showing any symptoms will be allowed to come to work. We have always granted paid sick leave for our team members, so they have no economic incentive to work while they might be ill. No merchandise browsing. We'll be restricting our merchandise to a few items that we can display on the wall behind our check-out table, and then getting items from boxed stock as requested. As we learn about how Covid-19 spreads, it's clear that the most important thing to avoid is creating spaces where virus particles accumulate and stay. That's why the rates of outdoor transmission are so (happily) low, particularly with distancing guidelines observed. Because infection becomes much more likely as sustained contact with virus particles occurs, the risks are high in enclosed indoor spaces without much air flow, low elsewhere. Fortunately, we've got our patio and deck area. On our patio, with our other safety and cleaning protocols, I feel that we can open with exceptionally low risk to our guests and team. And that's critical. This is a marathon, not a sprint. We are excited to welcome you all back with big smiles hidden behind our masks! Cheers.
